FAQs / Help
The Lively, Quiet, Glamping & Pre-Pitched Camping Tickets are per person so every person that stays with us will need a ticket. The electrical hookup tickets are per pitch.
We advise for just ONE camping unit (i.e. tent/caravan/motorhome) for an electrical hookup pitch. We need to ensure that your camping unit & car (plus awning/gazebo etc) all fits within the 8mtr x 8mtr or 10mtr x 10mtr pitch and does not overspill onto adjoining pitches and roadways.
We are 1 mile from the Silverstone Circuit Copse Corner entrance and ½ mile from the Silverstone Village centre. We say the walk to the Circuit is 20-25 minutes on a footpath (quicker than a car journey due to heavy traffic on race days).
You are able to make changes to your booking. Just email across the amendments and a reply will confirm the changes made. If the amendments change the original cost of the pitch then this will be outlined in the confirmation email.
Once you are booked in and on site we don’t give refunds if you have to depart early. If you know you need to depart earlier than your current departure date before arriving, we strongly recommend you let us know. If your stay is shortened upon arrival or during your stay, you will be required to pay for the length of stay that you originally booked.
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. The weather is beyond our control and we will not issue any refund for cancellations due to the weather conditions. The only circumstance in which a refund might be issued is if we have to cancel your booking due to the conditions of the campsite not being suitable.
Please see our terms and conditions.
